Mrs. Renu Jagdish, is a Chartered Accountant with more than 30 years of experience in the field of Audit, taxation, company law, Bank Audits and CAG Audits, Vat and GST etc. She has been on the Board of various consultancy, manufacturing and trading companies. She is an independent director on the board of a listed company for around 10 years. She has delivered lectures for Entrepreneurship Programme run by Haryana State Govt. She has excellent academic record and has been Examiner in apex professional bodies. She is graduate from Maharishi Dayanand University,Rohtak,Haryana.She is member of ICAI and ICSI.

Though, I always wanted to share my knowledge and experience, this is my first book and I extend my gratitude and appreciation to Dr. Ajay Garg, Co Author of this Book, who has inspired and reposed faith in me for to writing this book.
